Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Ensure the products are in their original, unwashed condition and placed back in their signature Dore & Rose packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
